I’ve spent the last 14 years learning from some of the leading thinkers in business and personal development. From this I’ve taken the best of the best and developed a coaching framework that gives you a blueprint for success.

This framework includes the latest techniques used for success and has been developed to be completely flexible, meaning we can work on the area we need to work on to get the results you want.

Cycle of Success …

There are three areas that you must focus on to be successful. You need to be clear on the ‘result’ you want, you need to have the right thoughts, belief systems, emotional states and behavioral patterns in ‘you’and you need to ‘take the right actions’ to get the result you’re after.

It’s important you focus on all three areas as they all work together and are as important as each other in the pursuit of your success …

Results …

Before you start anything it’s really important that you know what you want your outcome to be. Without it how do you know what actions to take or what you need to do learn, grow or develop in yourself to complete the actions.

You wouldn’t jump into your car without knowing your destinations. It’s the same in your business. You need to know where you’re heading otherwise, just like the car driver who doesn’t have a destination, you end up going around in circles.

So defining what you want is often where we start. In this process we.

 

Destination  First get a clear description of what you want the business to look like when it’s, metaphorically, finished …
Milestones Then we break this down into manageable milestones that need to be passed along the way to getting to your destination …
Action Plan And finally we break the first milestone down into clear goals and simple step-by-step actions to achieve your goals …

Once you know your destination and you have a road map of how to get there, you need to make sure you remove any limitations you may have in your way, and to make sure you’re set to perform at your optimum level for success.

If you go back to the car analogy, this is about making sure your car i.e. you, is in good condition and is running at an optimum level to get you to your destination.

You are like an iceberg in the fact that what we see in your actions and results is just the tip of who you are. What drives those actions and results are under the surface and if you want to change those you need to work on the areas underneath the surface.   We do this by following a 3 step process as follows.

 

Step 1 – We identify your limitations that are holding you back; the underlying psychological patterns that are preventing you from achieving what you want …
Step 2 – Then we work with your conscious mind to expand your awareness of your current thoughts, belief systems, emotional states and behavioural patterns …
Step 3 – And then we work directly with your subconscious mind to release those limitations by using proven techniques like hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) …
